Tired of trying to find fulfillment in all the wrong places?

You've finally come to the right place, my friend!

I was never one to carve my own path. Even growing up, I always considered myself more of a follower than a leader. Just going with the flow, doing what everyone else was doing, always trying to avoid conflict, never wanting to ruffle any feathers. Sound familiar?

I soon found myself as a middle-aged mom of two teenage girls, 25+ years into just doing things the way I had always done them.... buying the same products, making the same decisions, following the same path, making the same mistakes... habitually living each day without real purpose or meaning.

I knew that I wasn't being a good steward of all the resources I had been entrusted with.

Circa 2016... something clicked.

That’s when I started... to question the narrative... to look at things differently... to begin to think for myself...
to make changes that would change the rest of my life.

I was no longer satisfied living in the rut. I learned that things don't always have to be the way they have always been. I started to question my daily habits and learn about new ways of doing things. I began to realize that if I wanted to see change (growth) in my life, I needed to start doing a better job at managing the resources I had been given.

If you have found yourself in a similar place, and are now searching for something more, know that it's never too late to make a change! We have so many opportunities each day to better our mind, body, and spirit, so let's take this journey together as we learn how to become better stewards of all the resources that we have been entrusted with.

Together we can go from frazzled to fulfilled, learning to embrace the life we have while creating the life we want.
