My Oily Journey
Back in 2014 a friend invited me to a class to learn more about essential oils. Essential what?!? I had never heard of these before, had no idea what they did, but I was curious. I went, I listened, I bought. Pretty much end of story.
For the next 14 months, I really did nothing with these little bottles of plant juice expect pull them out when someone started to get a little under the weather. I had no idea how to harness the power of these plants to make a real difference in our home and our health. A little secret for ya... you have to use them if you want them to work. ;)
It wasn't until January of 2016 when I uncovered all the dangers lurking in my cabinets that I really took a deep dive into learning, swapping, and using. And as they say, the rest is history!
Since then, I have used my oils daily. I have swapped out all of my personal care and cleaning products for safer, healthier alternatives. I order regularly. And I am happier and healthier because of it. But it didn't happen overnight!

How to Get Started
SLOWLY... slowly ditching the products and substances that present risks to your body and replacing them with products and substances that provide nourishment and work alongside your body’s natural abilities can truly make a difference!
